Bresaola is obtained from beef haunches. The meat, preserved intact, has a deep red colour, a subtle aroma and a mild taste. Slighlty salted, it is cured and preserved in the constantly dry and healthy alpine climate. Delicious with rocket, Parmesan cheese, Extra-virgin Olive Oil, lemon and pepper.
