Product Description
Coppa (Italian for nape) is a traditional Italian cold cut (salume) made from pork neck and dry-cured whole. It is similar to the more widely known cured ham, prosciutto, because they are both pork-derived cold-cuts that are used in similar dishes. However, ham (prosciutto) is made with the thigh and buttocks of pork, whereas Coppa is solely meat from the neck.
