Product Description
Coppa (Italian for nape) is a traditional Italian cold cut (salume) made from pork neck and dry-cured whole.
It is similar to the more widely known cured ham, prosciutto, because they are both pork-derived cold-cuts that are used in similar dishes. However, ham (prosciutto) is made with the thigh and buttocks of pork, whereas Coppa is solely meat from the neck.
We slice this product in our premises in London only when we receive your order so to guarantee absolute freshness and fragrance.
