Every day our 100% Italian chefs prepare all of our homemade, fresh pasta directly in our premises in London.

Combining traditional recipes with modern techniques and health and safety measures, they will start preparing your pasta only when we receive your order and never before that.

Because of this, please allow two days for delivery as opposed to the normal 24 hours that we guarantee for all the other products. The point is that we need one day to get your order to the kitchen and for the chefs to prepare your pasta and the following day to deliver it to you.

The only way you'll get anything fresher than this is by actually preparing your homemade pasta at home!

All recipes are traditionally Italian and no preservatives are used during the making of this pasta.

This pasta is highly digestible, extraordinarily tasty and very simple to cook.

When cooking, please bear in mind that fresh pasta takes much less time to cook than the pasta you buy in a supermarket. These raviolis for example need just 2 or 3 minutes.
