Fresh Bresaola Carpaccio

200 Gr (6 oz) Bresaola, sliced paper-thin
100 Gr (3 oz) Grana Padano Shavings
3 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley
4 or more tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
rocket salad
Freshly ground black peppercorn




Elegantly lay the bresaola slices out on a platter, overlapping them slightly.


Sprinkle the rocket salad over the bresaola, and then the parsley.


Arrange the Parmesan Cheese shavings over the bresaola.


Drizzle all with olive oil, lemon-juice and black pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
