Elisa and Francesco Petrucci are two siblings who, while still in their thirties, produce one of the best Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
They are located in Puglia and the estate they manage is split over two locations: 70 Hectars on the Ionian cost and 30 Hectars on the Adriatic cost of Apulia.
Here they grow two different varieties of local olive trees, Ogliarola Salentina and Cellina di Nardò, from which they produce two labels of extra virgin olive oil.
This is the Ogliarola Extra Virgin Olive Oil which has a strong and intense flavour. It is perfect with soups, meat and winter dishes.
